HI, I'M KRISTIN KORN
As a fellow entrepreneur, I've seen it all and done it all.
Some know me from my eye-catching branding in my network marketing days...
or for my passion for color, as I started a seasonal color analysis company
or my branding and marketing endeavor that started in 2017 and turned full-time in 2020 with the start of CORE Brand Marketing.
But as long as I can remember I've done something else outside of a "real job."
However, I eventually faced a common obstacle - the struggle to balance tasks, clients, and personal life - while keeping a consistent flow of income.
I've done business messy. I've no-showed kids' school events... missed bedtimes for Zoom calls, and pretended time on social media was time well spent.
Today, my business doesn't just look different from the inside out - it feels different.
When I was able to dissect the problems within my business operations, I immediately found the profits and extra time I had been searching for all along.
How?
It all had to do with creating better SYSTEMS.
Whether it was automating lead generation and conversions or finding better opportunities to streamline my operations - I created better systems that changed EVERYTHING!
I'm not in the business of making guesses about scaling your company. With over 20 years of experience and having collaborated with more than 80 brands across a wide range of industries, my knowledge is grounded in solid, real-world experience.

2004 - Graduated College at Southern Illinois University as a Marketing Major and Art Minor
2005 - Started (my 1st business!) Sparkle Jewelry Company (closed in 2009)
2009 - Started Made for Me Children's Boutique (sold off in 2015)
2012 - Became a consultant for Rodan + Fields (Network Marketing)
2015 - Started a Digital Card Etsy Business (stopped in 2017)
2016 - Earned free Lexus from R+F
2017
- Started a Branding Email Subscription business (turned into a course in 2019)
- Reach top RFX rank in R+F
2019
- Launched my first Branding Course
- Started the Branding Bites Podcast
2020
- Sold my R+F Business
- Started CORE Brand Marketing (full-time)
2022 - Launched COLORCODE® - Seasonal Color Analysis
2023
- Launched Brand Highlighter HQ Coaching Group
- The Profit Pipeline™ was born
- Wrote a book "Take A Day Off"
- Opened sister store to COLORCODE® called Behind Your Brand
